You can become a GiftWorks Certified Professional by completing 5 one-hour courses. After purchasing, a schedule will be emailed to you where you can select your courses on dates and times you choose (see our calendar).

You will schedule the following classes:
  • Getting Started with GiftWorks
  • Donor Management
  • Campaign Management
  • Segmentation: Using SmartLists & Reports
  • Communication, Mailing & Security - Using GiftWorks as a CRM
Course Information:
  • The course is delivered in a Webinar format. Internet and phone access is required. GiftWorks will provide you with all sign-in instructions upon purchase.
  • The course is led by a live instructor who will field individual questions at the end of each session. All instructors are highly-qualified development and GiftWorks experts.
  • Class size is limited to 25 individuals. Questions from all attendees will be fielded.
  • All participants will receive exclusive access to a course website where additional resources are posted and class attendees can post questions and answers.
Prerequisites and Advanced Preparation
Before attending these sessions, you should be:
  • Comfortable working in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Have downloaded and/or purchased GiftWorks
  • Taken some time to open and explore the program
